To design an immersive themed experience for a high-impact corporate event, transporting guests into a world of adventure inspired by the golden age of pirates. The goal was to create a unique, captivating, and memorable atmosphere, aligned with the brand’s values and crafted to surprise from the very first moment.

PROCESS

The venue was transformed into the deck of an old pirate ship, wrapped in a scenic design evoking untamed seas and lands waiting to be conquered.

The central stage was dominated by an imposing ship, complete with unfurled sails, towering masts, and weathered details that brought the legend to life.

The setting included treasure-filled chests, prop cannons, rum barrels, nets, rusted anchors, and warm lantern lighting — all combining to create a cinematic and immersive environment.

Each element was custom-designed and built, with finishes that balanced scenic aesthetics and realism, capturing the thrill of a mysterious and adventurous pirate world.

RESULT
