What Role Do Our Project Managers Play?
Project Managers play a crucial role in project management, as they are responsible for tracking, planning, and coordination from the moment a client approaches us. Once the request is attended to, they coordinate with the different areas involved, such as design, production, and the client.
When a project is completed, Project Managers handle all logistics for the export and information of the pieces, whether to the United States, the Caribbean, or even domestic shipments. Their goal is to oversee the entire logistical process, including shipping, to ensure that the product reaches its destination, even up to the home for installation.
Once the client has received the pieces, Project Managers coordinate the entire installation process. This includes working on-site with engineers or architects and sending supervisors to ensure that everything is ready according to the company’s requests and requirements for on-site installation.
This way, they seek to achieve complete client approval in accordance with their needs.
